Our Client is seeking a Patient Access Scheduler in Pinecrest, FL.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Job Description:

• Schedule patient appointments and verify demographic and insurance information
• Maintain accurate patient records and data entry
• Follow HIPAA, AHCA, EMTALA, Medicare, and medical necessity guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff
• Support patient access operations and scheduling functions

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual English, Spanish/Creole preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite and EMR experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of medical and insurance terminology
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
