Repair Technician – Oakdale, MN | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:

• Perform in-house repair and maintenance of equipment, inventory management, and delivery of equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair terminals and sub-assemblies down to the component level
• Test equipment to determine cause of failure using schematics and technical manuals
• Perform component-level diagnostics using multimeters and other tools
• Maintain accurate logs of incoming and outgoing terminals and repairs
• Inspect terminals and circuit boards for damage and cleanliness
• Clean interior and exterior of terminals and components
• Support field service technicians with terminal-related issues and supply needs
• Maintain training terminals as needed
• Operate equipment including computers, multimeters
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED. Associate’s Degree in Electronics preferred.
• One or more years of related work experience in electronics or equipment repair
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including loading/unloading trucks
• Experience with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
