Our Client is seeking a Call Center Representative.

Earn $18.00 per hour at this full-time position. Work Wednesday through Sunday, 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

Job Description:

• Receive inbound calls
• Communicate via chat
• Respond to emails
• Provide support to customers, handle inquiries, provide resolutions
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action
• Promote and enhance excellent customer relations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• 1 year of Call Center / Customer Service experience
• Must have or be able to obtain a NJ Casino Employee Registration License
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a gaming card/license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bilingual: English / Spanish a plus but not required
