Building Maintenance - Boca (2nd Shift)

Our Client is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician in Boca Raton, FL.

Earn an hourly rate at this temp-to-hire position. Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM or 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM.

Job Description:

• Perform building and grounds maintenance duties
• Lay tile
• Paint / touch ups
• Use handyman tools
• Clean up debris
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience
• Experience working with drywall and concrete
• Basic plumbing and electrical experience
• HVAC experience is a plus
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening
• Dress Code: Polo shirt or collared shirt (no tee shirt), black or blue khaki or pants, and working shoes
