Our Client is seeking a Health Insurance Call Center Representative in King of Prussia / Blue Bell, PA.

Schedule: Flexible availability Monday–Sunday, 8 AM–10 PM. Available for 40-hour weeks and overtime as needed.

Job Description:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls using auto dialers and manual dialing
• Support new health insurance programs and customer inquiries
• On-site and remote opportunities available
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
• Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures
• Opportunity to obtain Insurance Producer licensing

Requirements:

• Availability to work at least one weekend day
• Strong computer, data entry, written, and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and positive attitude
• Previous insurance, healthcare, or call center experience is a plus
