Our client is seeking a Receptionist / Office Assistant - Showroom in Jupiter, FL.

Earn an hourly rate at this full-time, temp-to-hire position. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description:

  • Oversee front desk duties
  • Greet customers
  • Assist customers with purchases, order tracking and invoicing
  • Answer customer questions regarding orders
  • Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages
  • Book customer appointments over the phone to visit the showroom
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years office clerical experience; Retail experience not necessary
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive energy
  • Must be computer savvy and quick to learn client software
  • Must be able to pass a background check
