Our client is seeking a Receptionist / Office Assistant - Showroom in Jupiter, FL.
Earn an hourly rate at this full-time, temp-to-hire position. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Description:
- Oversee front desk duties
- Greet customers
- Assist customers with purchases, order tracking and invoicing
- Answer customer questions regarding orders
- Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages
- Book customer appointments over the phone to visit the showroom
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years office clerical experience; Retail experience not necessary
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive energy
- Must be computer savvy and quick to learn client software
- Must be able to pass a background check
