Our Client is seeking an Employee Parking Associate (Philadelphia, PA).

Part-time position with shifts available: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM and 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM. See schedule for details.

Job Description:

  • Greet and assist airport employees with parking questions or concerns
  • Communicate professionally with customers, associates, and management in person, by phone, and via two-way radio
  • Complete reports and document incidents, lost & found items, and unauthorized vehicles
  • Operate electronic equipment such as tablets, iPads, two-way radios, and computers
  • Cross-trained in all functions within the employee parking area
  • Stand, walk, and be mobile for the majority of the shift
  • Follow airport security procedures and “see something, say something” protocols

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Impressive interpersonal skills and patience with customers
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Must pass TSA Criminal Records Check & Drug Testing
