Airport Associate – Ground Transportation, Philadelphia, PA

Part-time position, shifts: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday – Sunday.

Job Description:

• Direct Uber/Lyft drivers and passengers to correct zones
• Greet and assist passengers with ground transportation questions
• Monitor curbside, terminal, and roadway areas to ensure safety and compliance
• Enforce airport rules, report incidents, lost & found items, and unauthorized vehicles
• Operate electronic devices such as tablets, iPads, two-way radios, and computers
• Provide excellent customer service and support special projects as needed
• Stand, walk, and remain visible for most of the shift

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Strong interpersonal skills and patience with customers
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Must pass TSA Criminal Records Check & Drug Testing
