Our Client is seeking a Call Center Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist in Blue Bell, PA.

Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Business hours are Monday – Sunday, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Job Description:

  • Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, and emails for quality
  • Provide feedback and coaching to agents
  • Analyze performance data and identify trends
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Recommend process and training improvements
  • Prepare reports and participate in calibration sessions

Requirements:

  • Experience in insurance or health-related environments preferred
  • Knowledge of call center operations
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and reliability
