Our Client is seeking a Call Center Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist in Blue Bell, PA.
Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Business hours are Monday – Sunday, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Job Description:
- Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, and emails for quality
- Provide feedback and coaching to agents
- Analyze performance data and identify trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Recommend process and training improvements
- Prepare reports and participate in calibration sessions
Requirements:
- Experience in insurance or health-related environments preferred
- Knowledge of call center operations
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
