Our Client is seeking an Payroll Analyst.

Earn a great, competitive salary at this on-site position, working approximately Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Must be based out of Las Vegas, NV

Job Description:

• Timely and accurately process multi-state payroll, for approximately 3,000 – 5,000 employees, using ADP GlobalView technical platform
• Oversee outsourced managed services with third party vendor to include gross-to-net calculations, employee payments, tax services and garnishments
• Time administration of ADP eTime solution
• Knowledge of payroll tax filings and payments, SuccessFactors HCM, technical interfaces, and file feed structures
• Manage payroll, including weekly payroll, month end close processes, quarter and year end support
• Respond to and resolve payroll issues
• Research regulatory requirements
• Ensure payroll accuracy

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant payroll processing experience, with regulatory environment for payroll, leave and time off
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team and matrix structure bringing a sense of urgency to the tasks at hand
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to prioritize under pressure. Must be able to focus and meet deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task and work many projects at once
• Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) effectively with internal and external business partners
• Detail oriented, organized and flexible with strong initiative
