Our Client is seeking a Data Entry / AP Clerk in Miami Lakes, FL.

Earn an hourly rate at this position. Work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description:

• Enter data into SAP system
• Produce Excel reports for invoicing daily customer material supplies
• Responsible for correct cost booking and in time invoicing
• Provide support with generating and analyzing reports, such as no-fault-found, component modification and removal history, for customer service and account management
• Work independently on data collection and analysis. Proactively work to improve data quality and reliability of reporting tools.
• Analyze customer requests to identify trends and potential opportunities to solve reoccurring issues via automation
• Proactively work to resolve claims and discrepancies as they occur
• Communicate with staff and present reports to customer service
• Work in and with various LHT systems, such as SAP, E-bat, MAX-LRU, SAP, etc.
• Process documentation according to instruction and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Work history in aviation or manufacturing environments a plus
• Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel). Microsoft Teams a plus. Strong Excel reporting skills
• Type 40+ WPM with 97% accuracy
• Strong communication, excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Ability to work under pressure
• Adaptable to easily changing conditions
• Willing to learn, organized and process oriented
• Team player with the ability to work independently when required
