Our Client is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician in Boca Raton, FL.

Earn an hourly rate at this temp-to-hire position. Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Description:

• Perform building and grounds maintenance duties
• Lay tile
• Paint / touch ups
• Drywall repair / concrete repair
• Basic plumbing and electrical tasks
• Use handy man tools
• Clean up debris
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience
• Mechanical skills
• Experience working with drywall and concrete
• Basic plumbing and electrical experience
• HVAC experience is a plus
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening
