Our Client is seeking an Office Support Admin - Bilingual: English / Spanish in Pembroke Park, FL.
Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Description:
- Assists customers with order inquiries
- Enters customer orders and quotes into the computer system
- Monitors customer order statuses and keeps track of all open customer orders
- Keeps open order reports current
- Processes Return Authorizations and cases
- Handles customer’s claims
- Obtain Proof of Deliveries / Proofs of export for every order shipped
- Preparing all documents for export merchandise (commercial invoices and packing lists, certificate of origin, SEDs, SLIs, etc.)
- Coordinates with freight forwarders
- Performs general admin work such as correspondence & filing
- Send order invoices to customers after an order has shipped
- Load invoices in system and follow up registration for payment
- Literature distribution
- Setup of new items in the system
- Works extensively in Office 365 - EXCEL
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual: English / Spanish required. Fluent in Spanish. Portuguese is a Plus.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including work with formulas
- Microsoft Outlook and Word a must, any other office application is a plus
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous freight forwarding, and/or Export Import business related preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills with the ability to work in Microsoft Office 365
- Team player, friendly and professional
