Our Client is seeking a Commissions Processing Specialist in Delray Beach, FL.

Earn an hourly rate at this full-time, temp-to-hire position. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Description:

• Serve as a backup for managing invoicing tasks
• Utilize Team Support and QuickBooks for invoicing processes
• Perform both automated and manual posting activities
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of relevant transactions
• Analyze and review system processes within Team Support
• Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Conduct research on commissions through online and internal resources
• Address and escalate VIP concerns or issues promptly
• Apply payments in QuickBooks for ACH deposits in the US
• Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of ACH transactions
• Monitor and manage the statuses of tasks within Team Support and posting activities
• Perform daily reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records
• Conduct end-of-month reconciliations for comprehensive financial review
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Must have 1 year of Microsoft Excel skills
• Commission experience not required
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word processes, SharePoint, and QuickBooks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good research & data analysis skills
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and precision
• Adaptability and flexibility with responsibilities and willingness / ability to learn new skills
• Time management and prioritizing tasks
• Team player
