Our Client is seeking a Records Assistant.

Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description:

  • Assists with the maintenance, organization, preservation, and retention of records
  • Produces responses to certified policy requests, public records requests, and subpoenas responses
  • Verifies certified document responses for accuracy
  • Verifies public records requests and subpoena responses for accuracy
  • Creates and maintains accurate computer and hard-copy files
  • Reviews and assists in preparation of special projects and reports
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Six months to one year of administrative or clerical office experience
  • Experience with imaging software or imaging applications
  • Two or more years of experience related to records management including electronic files management preferred
  • Knowledge of Florida Public Records laws preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio and internet navigation
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail skills
  • Ability to prioritize with organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
