Our Client is seeking an Accounts Payable / Payroll Clerk in Oakland Park, FL.

Earn an hourly rate at the full-time position. Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description:

  • Thorough understanding of AP principles
  • Maintain vendor relations
  • Processing and reconciling invoices
  • Handling expense reports
  • Managing the General Ledger
  • General Payroll filing
  • Entering sensitive payroll information into software
  • Assist in any payroll reporting
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Thorough understanding of AP principles
  • General Payroll knowledge and experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Payday payroll software experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to exhibit discretion
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
