Our Client is seeking an Insurance Collection Representative in Miami, FL.

Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description:

• Collect on payment of accounts
• Communicate with insurance companies and patients
• Utilize a 10-key calculator to process insurance claims
• Process credits and refunds for various claims
• Process reimbursements for healthcare providers

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Must have 2 years of insurance collections experience
• Proficient in managed care terminology and reimbursement
• Must operate a 10-key calculator
• Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented, problem solver with good math skills
• Clean Drug & Background
