Our Client is seeking a Database Specialist in Coral Gables, FL.

Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position. Work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description:

• Perform data entry of fundraising data. Acknowledge gifts within three days receipt.
• Process reports
• Generate and track all pledges and payments
• Print and track all monthly invoices
• Perform analysis of gift data and organization of batches according to protocols prior to entry
• Resolve donor inquiries regarding their gift and constituent records
• Support staff with all questions on constituent‘s records
• Process all credit cards and online donations
• Work closely with the events team and participates in after-hour's events, raffle sales, live and silent auctions
• Maintain a quarterly direct mail log and process all gift entries
• Support the Foundation staff with all questions on constituent‘s records. Process all credit cards and on line donations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Must have 3 years of data entry and reporting experience
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Proven high volume performer
• Competence in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Raisers Edge experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate with senior executives and high net worth individuals.
• Professional demeanor, pleasant personality, service, goal and detail oriented
• Ability to work at local events and functions within business hours, after-hours, and weekends as needed
