Our Client is seeking an HR Assistant / Coordinator in Boca Raton, FL.


Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.


Job Description:

  • Identify viable candidates and reverse search via Indeed
  • Screen potential candidates, schedule interviews and send calendar invites
  • Responsible for completing I-9 verifications
  • Create and manage employee files while maintaining secure confidential information
  • Perform other office support, administrative and clerical tasks as assigned


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • Experience using ADP
  • Ability to follow direction and work with confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, well-spoken with a pleasant personality
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
