Our Client is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Plymouth Meeting, PA.

Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Job Description:

  • Assist customers by phone, email and through a web-based system
  • Receive inbound calls
  • Make outbound calls
  • Schedule dates for services
  • Map out the service run schedule
  • Address any client/customer complaints, provide feedback and resolutions in a timely manner
  • Data entry of accurate information into database
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets and call handling quotas


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • 1 year of customer service / customer support experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong data entry skills. Must be able to type between 50 to 60 WPM (Typing Test will be administered)
  • Computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite familiarity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proper phone etiquette with active listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, attention to detail with time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
