Our Client is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Davie, FL.

Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Description:

• Perform building and grounds maintenance duties
• Lay tile, replace baseboards, and patch holes
• Assist with paint touch-ups
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools
• Remove and dispose of debris
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience
• Experience working with drywall and concrete
• General plumbing and electrical experience
• Commercial lighting / plumbing experience preferred
• Mechanical skills
• HVAC experience is a plus
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening
