Our Client is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish) in Jacksonville, FL.
Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Description:
- Evaluate the quality of phone calls and transactional outputs, including bilingual interactions, for the Consumer & Policy Services department and the Print Mail review process
- Apply regulatory requirements, guidelines, rules of practice, and established processes accurately
- Identify trends and maintain operational consistency while pinpointing opportunities for improvement in completed work samples
- Engage in regular calibration sessions to minimize inconsistencies, and align scoring practices between evaluators and the business unit
- Ensure the incorporation of quality processes into business unit SOPs through independent third party review, and translate company policy and procedures into practical quality application
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 2 or more years of experience in property insurance supporting areas such as UW, call center, print mail setting, or similar
- Experience in consumer services or phone-based consumer support in the insurance industry
- Knowledge in mailroom and/or print mail processes
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service and analytical skills
- 1 or more years of experience supporting a quality control program in a print mail, customer service, and/or transactional processing environment preferred
- Knowledge of insurance-related procedures, manuals, policy administration and workflow applications preferred
- Knowledge of PolicyCenter and/or Salesforce preferred
- Ability to prioritize projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
