Our client is seeking a Line Cook in Boca Raton, FL.

Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position. Work Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Seeking a passionate culinary assistant for a long term, stable opportunity. Company provides set schedule, great benefits and room for growth.

Job Description:

• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
• Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs

Industry skills preferred:

• From scratch kitchen environments preferred
• High volume, hospitality settings preferred

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of culinary knowledge experience preferred
• Must have passion for putting out good food
• Must have strong team building skills
• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
• Ability to work as a team member
• Follows directions and instructions
