Our Client is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Bilingual English/Spanish) in Miami, FL.

Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position. Seeking candidates with the ability to work extended hours based on business needs.

Available shifts:

• Sunday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (take out Saturdays as needed)

Job Description:

• Perform building and grounds maintenance duties
• Perform commercial plumbing and electrical duties
• Perform general pressure cleaning duties
• Assist with paint touch-ups and changing light bulbs
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools
• Remove and dispose of debris around the property
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Commercial plumbing and electrical knowledge
• Mechanical and handyman skills
