Our Client is seeking a Record Retrieval Specialist in Boynton Beach, FL.

Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Description:

  • Retrieve daily discharges from nursing units and clinical areas in the hospital to be processed into the Document Management System
  • Search and gather missing portions of records to ensure complete medical records are retrieved for coding, billing, and continued care purposes
  • Assist with phones and the release of information in accordance with HIPPA, Florida State Law, TJC, and company policies
  • Combine duplicate medical records
  • Assist with the suspension process
  • Work within a team to reach department goals


  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry or education in a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Professional, detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
