Our Client is seeking a Patient Experience Concierge in Coral Gables, FL.

Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Description:

• Acknowledge, greet, and assist visitors, interacting in a courteous and helpful manner with all patients, families, guests, and staff
• Serve as a liaison between patient, family, and hospital staff
• Coordinate patient and guest services for the reception area
• Expedite solutions to complaints, problems, or special needs
• Maintain relationships with supporting departments

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish
• Hands-on experience in the healthcare or hospitality industries
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and compassionate
• Proficient in computer applications used in day-to-day functions
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
