Our client is seeking a Line Cook in Stuart, FL.

Earn an hourly rate at this temporary position, with the potential to go permanent. Work Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM.

Job Description:

• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations, ensuring a well-organized and functional kitchen area
• Pre-cook necessary items to streamline the cooking process
• Cook the exact number of items ordered by customers, efficiently handling multiple orders simultaneously
• Verify that prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements, upholding our high standards
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• At least 2 years of experience working in a high-volume scratch kitchen
• Must have high-end experience
• Must be a team player and self-motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
