Our Client is seeking an Inside Sales Analyst with Call Center Experience.

Earn an hourly rate at this full-time, temporary position. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description:

• Manage inventory of instant tickets by analyzing individual retailer sales histories
• Monitor instant ticket field inventories to maximize sale potential
• Assist sales and field staff to customize instant ticket inventories, analyzing sales reports and other department production reports
• Review and process incoming ticket orders from sales representatives
• Monitor order levels to resolve retailer issues

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• At least 2 years of work experience in sales
• Customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a PLUS
• Professional with self-leadership and decision making skills
• Ability to work within a team and drive results
