Our Client is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Exton, PA.

Earn a competitive hourly rate at this full-time position working Monday through Friday. Multiple shifts available.

Job Description:

• Execute job orders for the repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing and facilities equipment
• Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot, develop, maintain, and repair a wide range of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• Collaborate with vendors for new equipment installation and training
• Assist with departmental documentation and the training of maintenance technicians and machine operators
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9000:2000 standards and the company's quality policy
• Comply with OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 2 to 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot advanced PLC logic
• Ability to read machine diagrams and schematics
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or within a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
