Our Client is seeking Customer Service Representatives in Philadelphia, PA.

Earn an hourly rate at this part-time position. Work Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional customer service regarding products and services over the phone and via email
  • Resolve customer's questions and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service
  • Perform various data entry tasks

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Customer service savvy with data entry skills
  • Proper phone etiquette
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Must be able to pass a background check
