Our Client is seeking Call Center Representatives in Philadelphia, PA.

Earn an hourly rate at this position, working 6 hour shifts.

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional customer service regarding products and services over the phone and via email
  • Resolve customer's questions and concerns effectively
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform various data entry
  • Build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service

Job Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service / Call Center experience
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Customer service savvy
  • Proper phone etiquette
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Must be able to pass a background check
