Our Client is seeking a Customer Care Representative - Call Center in Davie, FL.

Earn an hourly pay at this full-time position. Work Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Job Description:

  • Provides insight on innovative technology, education and customer care to customers
  • Tailors solutions to customers issues while reinforcing the benefits of being a customer


  • 1 year of customer service / customer support experience in a call center environment
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • Results driven
  • Problem solving skills with clarification techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • NetSuite or Oracle experience preferred
