Our Client is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish) in Bridgeport, NJ.

Earn an hourly rate at this full-time, temporary position, working Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description:

• Provide exceptional customer service regarding products and rewards via phone
• Answer a minimum of 85 inbound calls daily
• Resolve customer questions and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service
• Perform various data entry tasks

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Must have a minimum of 6 months of Call Center experience
• Customer service savvy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Prompt, polite and courteous
• Must be Bilingual: English / Spanish
