Our Client is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor in Philadelphia, PA.

Earn an hourly rate at this full-timetemporary position. Work Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00/8:00 PM.

Job Description:

  • Manages a team of telephone operators or dispatchers
  • Handle inquiries, provide resolutions, redirect calls
  • Monitor the handling of complaints and follow conflict resolution processes
  • Record and track customer concerns in a web-based system
  • Participate in the implementation of various communications strategies which are targeted to reach stakeholders


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • 3 years of communications or dispatch experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Superior customer service and problem solving skills
  • Experience maintaining databases and preparing reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
