Our Client is seeking an Carpenter.

Earn a commission at this full-time, temporary position working 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Job Description:

• Conduct building inspections and identify needed repairs
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition
• Document repairs and maintain thorough records
• Perform work in accordance with safety best practices
• Patch walls and paint as necessary
• Cut, shape, and alter materials as needed
• Install, maintain, and repair a variety of products, ranging from cabinets to insulation to tile to drywall
• Build doors, cabinets, and windows
• Concrete prep and installation
• Roof work (metal, shingle, concrete tile)
• Millwork and framing work as necessary
• Hardwood floor installation and finishing

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Minimum of 3 years of general carpentry experience and completion of an apprenticeship, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using ladders and scaffolding
• Demonstrated ability to operate hand, air, and power tools
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Basic interior handy Man skills required
• Must have own tools and vehicle
