Our Client is seeking a Call Center Representative.

Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position. Work 5 days a week. Multiple shifts available.

Job Description:

  • Answer calls and provide responses to emails and chat concerning customer inquiries
  • Resolve technical issues promptly
  • Troubleshoot account, promotion, and mobile app inquiries


  • Must have 1 year experience in call center / customer service environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of customer sales support software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must be able to work independently or in team environment
  • Bilingual: English / Spanish a plus
