Our Client is seeking a Transcriptionist / Data Entry Clerk.

Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position, working Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description:

  • Listen to and write out audio and or video recordings
  • Transcribe reports, meetings
  • Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate department, 10 - 15 calls per day
  • Perform receptionist duties such as preparation / processing of forms, letters, reports, photocopying, scanning, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • Dependable & reliable
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
  • Well organized, adaptable & efficient
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum ability to type 50 WPM preferred
  • Construction Knowledge a plus
